Terms of Service
Effective date: October 30, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of this website and of the NiftyOne application and client portal (the "Service"), operated by Albert Scott, a trade name of Golden Opportunity Gold Buyers LLC ("Albert Scott", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for a business, you confirm you can bind it. Services you buy from Albert Scott are also governed by the written proposal or agreement for those services; if it conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls.
2. The Service
NiftyOne lets an Amazon seller or vendor authorize Albert Scott to access data from the account through Amazon's Selling Partner API and view reporting in a client portal. The Service is provided to clients of Albert Scott. This website is informational and open to everyone; the portal requires an account.
3. Accounts and authorization
- You must be authorized to grant access to the Amazon account you connect.
- You authorize NiftyOne on Amazon's own consent screen. You can revoke it at any time in Seller Central under Apps and Services, then Manage Your Apps.
- Keep your portal credentials confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect misuse.
- Provide accurate information.
4. Your data
You keep ownership of your data, including Amazon Information. You give us permission to access, store and process it solely to provide the Service and the services you engage us for. We handle it as described in the Privacy Policy, including deletion within 30 days after access ends. You are responsible for having the rights needed to give us that access.
5. Acceptable use
You will not: misuse the Service or interfere with its operation; try to access another client's data; reverse engineer it except as the law allows; use it to break any law or Amazon policy; or resell access to it. We may suspend access if you violate these Terms or if Amazon requires it.
6. Fees
Fees are quoted in a written proposal and are stated in US dollars. See Pricing. Payment terms are those in your proposal or agreement.
7. Amazon
The Service depends on Amazon's Selling Partner API and Amazon's rules, which Amazon may change. Amazon is a separate company. NiftyOne is an independent service and is not endorsed by Amazon. Amazon and all related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. If Amazon changes, limits or ends access, Service features may change or stop, and we are not responsible for Amazon's actions.
8. Our intellectual property
We own the Service, including its software, design and content, other than your data. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your business while you are a client. NiftyOne and Albert Scott names and logos belong to us or our licensors.
9. Information and reports
Reports and figures are provided for your business information. They depend on data from Amazon and information you supply, and may be incomplete or delayed. Figures labeled projected are estimates. Make business, tax and accounting decisions with appropriate professional advice.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Albert Scott is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for claims relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service and revoke access at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if your engagement ends, or if Amazon requires it. When access ends, we delete your Amazon Information within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections that by nature should survive, including 8 through 11 and 13, survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to those courts' jurisdiction.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting the new version with a new effective date. If a change is material, we will notify clients. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the update.
